30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Items containing tags, packaging, certificates, or other included materials must be returned with those materials.

Proof of purchase may be required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are final sale and non-refundable:

• Subscription fees or membership payments for a subscription period that has already begun, except where otherwise stated or required by law;

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless an item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned merchandise reaches us safely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS
